General Submission Terms

Provided you operated a UK based chauffeur car hire or wedding cars business, you are welcome to include your business in this directory. All other types of companies will be rejected automatically. This directory is NOT for organisations that offer stretched limousine hire, there are many specialist directories that deal with this sector. However companies that offer both chauffeur cars and limousine hire can include their business here.

There are free and 'paid for' options in this directory, each are treated with the same speed, courtesy and attention. We do not favour paid for listings over free, all must meet our submission terms to be accepted.

Rather than reject incorrect submissions, you agree that we may complete any minor editing, if we are so didposed, in order that the submission meets our guidelines. However, where submissions are made that make no attempt to meet the submission guidelines, we will automatically reject these, whether they are free or paid for, in the case of the latter a full refund will be provided.

Where a submission is rejected, you accept that we are under no obligations to provide you with our reasons, whether the submission was free or paid for.

When submitting (free or paid for), you will need to start at the top of the section and drill down to your locations (nearest town or city), once you have done this and completed your details, you will be provided with the option to add other towns, cities or counties [the number is dependant on the type of listing you have selected]. We insist that at the very least, you include the town or city that you operate from.

Please take note during the submission process as to the maximum number of counties you can choose, if you exceed this number, we will automatically reject your listing. This is because most people search based on their nearest large towns or cities, rather than counties, therefore, overuse of the county listings pages will offer little or no benefit to the company, the user or provide any credibility for this directory.

Organisations attempting to gain a 'national' listing where there is no clear evidence, at our entire discretion, that they can offer such a service will have their submissions rejected. Similarly, we will not accept listing requests from brokers, agents or sub-contractors who attempt to get a national listing, we are keen to promote local business. Brokers, agents and sub-contractors have their own methods of generating enquiries.
