All submissions, whether free or paid for must be for organisations that offer chauffeur cars or wedding cars. We do not accept listing from companies that only provide limousine hire - there are many specialist directories for these companies.
Although this may not be displayed, it is a mandatory condition of listing in this directory that you provide your correct trading address in full. It is now a legal requirement that this be provided on your websites and we have extended this sensible ruling through to this directory.
In order to submit your free or paid for listing, you must start by selecting the text 'Add Your Business', you will then need to drill down to your nearest town or city. This must be the location of your business. You will be able to add other towns, cities or counties later in the submission process based on the type of listing you have opted for.
We will not accept submissions where the title or description is all in UPPER CASE
We will not accept submission where the First Letter Of Every Word Is in Upper Case - No exceptions!
You should must use your correct company or trading name in your submission, you are welcome to add a further 3 additional keywords if you wish.
The free listing option allows for up to 5 local towns or cities, if you want to be included in certain counties, you will have to opt for a paid for listing.
Each submission package has a maximum number of counties that can be submitted to, it is essential that all submissions follow this maximum to avoid rejection. This is because most users complete a local search first, of their nearest large towns or city, they only complete a 'county search' if they cannot find a company in thier locality. This 'limit' is for the benefit of the users and advertisers.
Multiple submission are permitted in some circumstances, provided it is clear that each operation is independant of the other. This is not the case for free submissions.
The use of the word 'cheap' or other exaggerated adjectives such as best, leading, greatest etc., will result in a rejection.
Multiple submissions to mirror sites will automatically be rejected and banned from future submissions.
There is NO requirement to place a 'reciprocal link' to this directory whether you are opted for a free or paid for listing, however, there are benefits to providing a link on your website directoy back to the page of your main listing. It is is your choice!
We reserve the right to edit, as we feel fit, any submissions which do not meet these guidelines and you provide your irrevocable permission for us to do so. Generally speaking, we will only edit submissions where there are minor infringements, typing or grammatical errors. All others will be rejected.
